H.R.H. The King's Medal award

King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden has decided to award Georgia Destouni, professor at Stockholm University and NEO researcher and steering committee member since the start of NEO, H.R.H. The King's Medal of the 8th size with the ribbon of the Order of the Seraphim for her "outstanding contributions in water and climate research".


H.M. The King's Medal (formerly known as the Court Medal), created in 1813, is presented to individuals who have distinguished themselves through special merits, or by meritorious service in the Royal Court of Sweden.
